Government and Policy Support
Proceeding by complying with the core values, our efforts have been recognized by multiple local governments in China.
Needless to say the research and industry of cloud computing, big data and artificial intelligence have been attracting significant input, support and investment from the country and local government. At the intersection of these three hotspots of information technologies, the advanced learning technologies is the most notable rising star that has gained extensive government and policy support.
In 2018 the National Science Foundation of China has listed 'learning technology' as an individual code F0701, and it also been highlighted as an field that is strongly encouraged to research and develop in international (regional) Cooperation.
The general office of education ministry has issued document to emphasize the key points that "modern and advanced learning technologies should be widely utilized in construction of new teaching organization structure, discovery of the application of IT in novel teaching/learning modes (e.g., makers' spaces, STEAM education, maker education etc.), and gradually form the innovative curriculum system ".
We have been recognized and supported by Chongqing to lead a pilot investigation on taking the lead in the western region of China where education are relatively lower-developed, maximizing the urban influence, business status and talent attractiveness associated with ‘Chongqing new Europe’ strategy， lifting the radiation to south and south-east Asia in terms of intelligent pervasive learning, especially STEAM education, by integration of open/private, novel/traditional, physical/virtual and remote/onsite education resources.
In virtue of the 'one road one belt', We have also made footprints in revival of national education and consolidation of model/portal role in innovative/intelligent/STEAM education of the Yunnan Province in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, building the core of intelligent education in belt of economy of annulus Bohai Sea leading by Qingdao government, and building world-class in-depth application scenarios of AI in education according to Shanghai municipal commission of economy and informatization.
